CONNECTICUT
Connecticut House Bill 509 and 522 introduced by Rep. Craig Miner (R-Litchfield), would create a dove season (HB 509). The bill has been referred to the Joint Committee on Environment. PENNSYLVANIA
Pennsylvania Sen. Mario M. Scavello (R-Tannersville) has introduced Senate Bill 135, a bill which will allow leashed dogs to track already killed big game. This bill will allow hunters to have greater success finding game animals as dogs can be a useful tool in tracking wounded game that travel great distances before dying. Currently SB 135 is in the Senate Game and Fisheries Committee.
