Big Green Ammo is back! With a return to production earlier this year, Remington Ammunition has joined the Sportsmen’s Alliance as a business partner to protect and defend hunters, anglers, trappers and recreational shooters nationwide.
“Remington Ammunition is proud to partner with the Sportsmen’s Alliance to help ensure hunting, fishing, shooting and trapping’s future,” said Joel Hodgdon, Remington’s Director of Marketing. “Remington Ammunition and our employees value every morning in the deer stand, afternoon at the shooting range and evening at the fishing hole, and we know these experiences are not possible without the efforts of the Sportsmen’s Alliance.”
Located in Lonoke, Ark., since 1969, Remington Ammunition and the historic Remington brand were recently acquired by Vista Outdoor. The company quickly became supporters of the Sportsmen’s Alliance, joining the ranks of other supporting brands in the Vista Outdoor family, including Federal Ammunition and Hevi-Shot.
“Support by industry partners allows us to challenge those organizations who are actively trying to end the sportsman’s way of life. Through direct funding in our business partner program and through product donations, we fight to protect the outdoors industry,” said Brian Dowler, vice president of membership and corporate partnerships at Sportsmen’s Alliance. “We’d like to thank Remington Ammunition for joining the Alliance, and Vista Outdoor for continuing to be such loyal supporters. We look forward to a long and rewarding relationship.”
